These terms apply to your use of coreclick.net and to the services CoreClick provides. By using the website or approving a proposal from us, you agree to them. If a signed proposal or statement of work says something different, the proposal applies for that project.
1. Using this website
The content on coreclick.net is general information about our services and is not professional advice for your specific situation. You may not copy, scrape or republish our content, or use the site in a way that harms it or other users. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
2. Proposals and scope
Every project starts with a written proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work outside the agreed scope is a change request, and we quote it before starting.
3. Fees and payment
- Projects: 50% of the fee is due before work starts and 50% on completion, before launch or final file handover.
- Monthly plans: billed at the start of each month, in advance.
- Invoices are issued in US dollars and are due within 7 days unless the proposal says otherwise.
- If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work until it is paid.
- Third-party costs such as ad spend, domains, hosting, premium plugins, fonts and stock media are paid by you, either directly or reimbursed to us at cost.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback, approvals and account access on time, and you confirm that you have the rights to any material you send us. Delays on your side move the timeline. If a project is on hold for more than 30 days while we wait for you, we may invoice for the work completed so far and reschedule the rest.
5. Revisions
Each proposal states how many rounds of revisions are included. Extra rounds, or changes after you approve a stage, are quoted separately.
6. Timelines
Timelines in proposals are estimates based on the agreed scope and on receiving what we need from you on time. We tell you promptly if a date is at risk.
7. Monthly plans and cancellation
Monthly plans run month to month unless the proposal sets a minimum term. Either side can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. When a plan ends, we hand over the accounts, files and reports that belong to you.
8. Ownership and licenses
Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you, including source files where the proposal includes them. We keep ownership of our own tools, code libraries, templates and know-how, and give you a permanent license to use any of them that are built into your deliverables. Third-party items such as fonts, stock images, themes and plugins stay under their own licenses.
9. Portfolio
We may show completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
10. Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other’s non-public business information confidential and uses it only for the project. This does not apply to information that is already public or that the law requires us to disclose.
11. Results and third-party platforms
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engines, ad platforms, competitors and your market. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Platforms such as Google, Meta, Shopify and WordPress set their own rules and may change them, approve or reject ads, or suspend accounts, and we are not responsible for their decisions.
12. Fixes after launch
We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. If something we built does not work as agreed, tell us within 30 days of launch and we fix it at no cost. After that, fixes and updates are covered by a care plan or quoted separately. Apart from this, the website and services are provided without other warranties, to the extent the law allows.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Ending a project
Either side may end a project or plan if the other materially breaches these terms and does not fix the problem within 14 days of written notice. If a project ends early, you pay for the work completed up to that date, and we hand over the finished work that has been paid for.
15. Events outside our control
Neither side is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as outages of third-party services, natural disasters or government action.
16. Disputes
If a disagreement comes up, we both try to resolve it in good faith by talking first. The law that applies to a project and any dispute about it is set out in that project’s proposal.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you approve a proposal applies to that project.
